Refund Policy

At KasiAds, we strive for full transparency and advertiser satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and straightforward.

1. Campaign Cancellation

Advertisers can cancel a campaign at any time before it goes live for a full refund of the campaign fee.

2. Performance Issues

If a campaign does not meet the specified reach due to platform technical failure or device downtime, we will issue a pro-rata refund based on the undelivered portion of the campaign.

3. Content Rejection

If an ad is rejected due to a violation of our Advertising Policy, a full refund will be issued, minus a small processing fee of 5%.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at support@kasiads.co.ke with your campaign ID and details of the issue. Most refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
